For the very first time ever, our club has proudly fielded a Minor Camogie team.

Most of these girls have been with us since we re-established underage camogie 8 years ago. This group was the foundation of our journey, and seeing them now, lifting silverware as Co Minor Roinn 2A Shield Champions, is truly amazing.  They defeated a fantastic Horeswood side in a super battle in Cushionstown this morning on a scoreline of 6-10 to 5-08. 

Their dedication, along with the unwavering commitment of their coaches and their families, has brought us to this moment. This is our second piece of silverware this year, and proof that the collective hard work of our club is paying off in the best way possible.  We are competing at all grades and this current group of minors will form the backbone of our adult team when we return to adult camogie next season.
 

We are beyond proud of each and every one of these players. The future is bright, the future is Purple & Gold.
